Terms & Conditions
Vector Art Conversion is devoted to keeping the data and files secure for our clients.
To maintain a secure service experience, we have to follow some rules. Those rules are clearly described on this page. Those terms and conditions will be applicable when you use our service and browse our website.
We’ve kept these simple because we believe professional partnerships should be built on clarity.
Our Commitment to the Client
We provide a manual vectorization service. This means a real human artist works on your files by hand. We try to achieve 100% accuracy. Please remember that we are recreating your original raster image.
We don’t use automated software and AI tools. So, the final result is a professional vector creation. It’s not a simple automatic file-type rename.
Quotes and Project Types
Every project has its own requirements based on the image type. The price we quote is based on the complexity of the image you provide.
Validity: Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Accuracy: Please ensure the file you upload for a quote is the same one you want us to work on. If the instruction and design changes after the quote, the price will be adjusted to reflect the new workload.
Image Rights
Your Provided Images: You represent that you own the rights to the images you send us. You should have permission to use them. We don’t claim any ownership over your logos and designs.
Our Work: Once your invoice is paid in full, the final vector files are 100% yours to keep. You can use it however you like. We’re not liable for the use of those images.
Portfolio Use: We may use some images to showcase in our portfolio. If you have a problem, you can ask us not to showcase.
We reserve the right to display “before and after” samples of your project in our portfolio. It’s for the demonstration purposes of our skills to other clients. You have the right to ask for the permanent deletion of your files.
Revisions and Satisfaction
We want you to be satisfied with your files. If something isn’t right, we offer corrections to ensure the vector matches your original image. Revisions must be requested within 03 days of file delivery.
Please note: “Revisions” mean fixing errors. Completely changing the design or adding new elements is considered a new project. It will require an additional fee.
Turnaround Times
Our standard goal is 24-72 hours of delivery. For super complex projects, this may take a little longer. The same thing could happen during high-volume periods. We will always communicate any delays with you as soon as possible.
We are not liable for any losses caused by delays at the print shop and manufacturing stage. We always recommend getting your files finalized well before your production deadlines.
Payments and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of manual design work, we generally do not offer refunds once the work has been completed and delivered. If you are unhappy with the quality, we will work with you through the revision process to get it right.
If somehow the final result is fully wrong and not suitable for use, you can ask for a refund. It will be based on the decision of our production manager.
Data Processing
We treat your files with respect. Vector Art Conversion doesn’t sell your data. We guarantee that we will never share your designs with third parties.
Your files are stored on our secure servers only for the purpose of completing your order. We provide future support for up to 60 days if you lose your copy.
If we change something in these terms and conditions, we will mention the changes with the new update date.
