Vector Art Conversion takes full responsibility to protect your images following strict privacy guidelines. You might have some questions in your mind about how we maintain your privacy.
We don’t want to hide anything from you. Here is everything mentioned about how we protect your privacy.
Information We Collect
We only ask for the information we need to get the job done right:
Contact Info: Your name and email address so we can send your quotes and final files.
Project Files: The images you upload for us to vectorize.
Payment Details: We use highly secure payment processors like Visa Card, American Express, Local Bank, and Payoneer. We never see or store your credit card numbers on our own servers.
Your Designs are Protected
Your image rights belong to you. It’s applicable for both raster and vector images. We do not sell, rent, or share your images with anyone.
Confidentiality: Our designers see your files only to work on them. You can also ask for a Non-Disclosure agreement.
Usage: We will never use your logo for another client. We never claim it as our own.
Portfolio Note: As mentioned in our Terms, we sometimes show “before and after” examples in our portfolio. If your project is sensitive, just let us know. We will keep it strictly private.
No Spam Policy
We hate to send spam emails. We will email you about your current order. During the project, a follow-up email will be sent to update you.
We ensure you’re happy with the files. We don’t sell your email address to marketing lists. We never send promotional emails to our existing clients.
How We Secure Your Raster & Vector Images
We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data during the upload and download process. Once your project is finished, we keep a backup copy of your vector files in our secure archive.
This is because of the backup purpose. We know files could get lost. If you lose your vector files, you can ask for a backup for up to two months. You can email us. We’ll resend it for free.
